Sustainability Report
Our story, our commitments, our journey forward
2024 marked an important milestone for us at FastTrack. For the first time, we gathered our environmental, social and governance commitments into a full Sustainability Report, not as a formality, but as a way to reflect on who we are, what we stand for, and how we want to grow.
This report is more than a collection of indicators.
It is the story of a company that believes transformation must be human, responsible, and deeply aligned with our values.
Our vision: a more conscious way of transforming organizations
Since FastTrack’s creation in 2006, our work has always been about more than technology.
We help organizations navigate change by focusing on what truly matters: people, collaboration, clarity, and long‑term impact.
In 2024, we reaffirmed that sustainability and transformation go hand in hand.
We committed to embedding ESG principles across everything we do, from how we deliver projects to how we choose partners, move, consume, learn and grow.
We anchored our work around six Sustainable Development Goals that reflect our purpose:
health & well‑being, quality education, decent work, responsible consumption, climate action and strong institutions.
These SDGs guide our decisions, challenge our habits, and help us measure our progress.
Environment: choosing digital sobriety & reducing our footprint
Sustainability starts with awareness.
In a world overflowing with data, tools and digital habits, we chose a different path: conscious digitalization.
We invested time in helping our clients and ourselves, understand the real environmental impact of digital practices.
We promoted lighter, more intentional use of technology:fewer duplicates, smarter storage, reduced noise, and a focus on what is truly useful.
2024 also continued the work started with our first carbon assessment.
Mobility remains our biggest source of emissions, and we acted accordingly:
encouraging remote work, choosing low‑carbon transport whenever possible, and investing in local renewable energy on our premises.
Our journey toward decarbonization has only begun, but we are moving forward with clarity and determination.
Social: sharing knowledge, empowering ecosystems, valuing people
FastTrack has always been built around people : our clients, our partners, our freelancers, our community.
In 2024, our social impact grew naturally from what we love doing most: teaching, sharing, connecting, and elevating others.
Through university courses, conferences, workshops and pro‑bono initiatives, we helped broaden understanding of AI, digital responsibility, accessibility and human‑centred design.
Hundreds of people, students, professionals and leaders crossed paths with us this year.
Each interaction was an opportunity to spark ideas and share expertise with generosity.
Our ecosystem also continued to evolve:
the “Share is in the Air” events, the Spot the Orange community, and our collaboration with FARI demonstrate our belief that collective intelligence is a powerful force for good.
Internally, we reinforced our commitment to diversity, inclusion and well‑being.
We cultivate a transparent, flexible and caring environment, where trust is key and where everyone, employees and freelancers, has the space to grow.
ReplyToo: standing up against workplace sexism
Beyond our consulting activities, we also recentely co-created the ReplyToo, a non‑profit initiative dedicated to tackling sexism in the workplace. Its mission is simple but powerful: helping organisations prevent sexism and equipping employees, women and men, to recognise, understand, and respond to it. Through collaborative workshops, ReplyToo creates safe spaces where participants can share their experiences, as victims or witnesses, and contribute anonymously to a collective body of knowledge.
This real‑world insight feeds into a moderated mobile app, #ReplyToo, designed to help people reply, react and support each other in situations where sexism appears.
It is a project rooted in awareness, prevention and empowerment, values that deeply resonate with our own.

Governance: quality, ethics and confidentiality at the heart of what we do
Governance is where our values translate into daily actions.
In 2024, we strengthened three pillars that define how we work:
Quality
Every project begins with a simple question:How will this change improve people’s daily lives?
We favour co‑construction, deep listening, and continuous feedback.
Our satisfaction scores reflect this human‑centric approach.
Confidentiality
We handle sensitive information every day.
Our commitment is uncompromising: secure environments, responsible data practices, and NDA‑based collaboration on 100% of missions.
Ethics
We choose missions and partners carefully.
We prefer meaningful work over easy contracts.
In 2025, we will formalize our ethical criteria to keep our choices transparent and aligned with our purpose.

Looking ahead
This first Sustainability Report is not an endpoint.
It is the beginning of a deeper journey.
A commitment to act, to question ourselves, to reduce our impact, to support our ecosystem, and to strengthen the human side of transformation.
We hope that reading it will inspire dialogue, spark ideas, and open new paths for collaboration.
Because transformation is only meaningful when it is conscious, collective, and rooted in our shared values.
